Ohene Kwame David, a renowned journalist and one of the Central Region's finest Morning Show host is set to make a significant move in his media career, as he exits Cape Coast-based Cape FM after eight (8) years with the media firm.
He's to embark on a new adventure at his new found home; Property FM, as he brace up to fill in the vacuum left by Osahene Kwame Dapaa, the station's immediate past Morning Show host who concurrently doubled as the station's Manager.
The multiple award winning Morning Show host's transition comes after a remarkable stint at Cape FM, where he made a name for himself as a fearless and dedicated journalist.
David's time at Cape FM was certainly not one without challenges, having faced a brutal assault in January 4, 2024 while covering a political event, which sparked widespread concern about press freedom in Ghana.
Despite this ordeal, David continued to pursue his passion for journalism with unwavering dedication.
The seasoned journalist in his dedicated 8-year journey with Cape FM, has hosted astute personalities on trivial and topical issues which borders on education, development, health care, security, and employment.
These revered personalities include the ruling president of Ghana, H. E. John Dramani Mahama, Hon. Kojo Bonsu, the former Ashanti Regional Mayor and 2024 NDC Presidential Aspirant, and Hon. George Kweku Ricketts-Hegan, MP for Cape Coast South.
