Ghanaian youths have been propelled to seek skills training since that is the path the country is now heading towards.

Miss Gifty Adoboah, an entrepreneur and CEO of Billy's Trondy Wigs made this advise to youths in the country to embrace skills training since ghana is fast growing in skills development.

She refuted the notion that trade or skill training is only ment for illiterates or those who are academically poor.

According to her, acquiring a skill has nothing to do with literacy or illiteracy but a matter of mindset. Emphasizing that it's not about illiterates or literates who ought to acquire a skill.

She advised the youth to come to the realization that it's not all about white colour jobs, but also important to obtain a skill.

Reiterating that in as much as one may strive to gain access to a white colour job, it is also imperative to have a skill that should one job seize to generate revenue, the other source will be there to put food on the table at the end of the day.

Miss Adoboah hinted this over a partnership with Penyman Foundation to train women in the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District on soap and wig making in other to stay independent to provide for themselves. Adding that the foundation is expectant of more women, particularly the young ones in the district.

Odeefour Amoakwa Boadu VIII, Chief of Breman Traditional Area and the Central Regional House of Chiefs President applauded Mr. Eric Kwasi Taylor, CEO of Penyman Foundation  for his skill training initiative for youths in the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District. A gesture he shared immense gratitude towards.
