Mr James Clarke Hayford, the Dean of Student's Office at the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR), is calling for private investment into the University's physical infrastructure development.

He said the institution's student population is growing steadily, and therefore required more hostels to accommodate them.

Speaking in an interview with Sompa FM in Sunyani, Mr Hayford said the Students' Representative Council is working tirelessly to tackle the emerging needs of the university.
