Bono RCC holds forum on anti-corruption action plan

The Bono Regional Coordinating Council has held a day's stakeholders forum on the National Ethics and Anti-Corruption Action Plan (NEACAP) 2026-2030.

It was attended by Heads of Departments and Agencies, and some stakeholders, the Bono Regional Coordinating Council organised the forum aimed at sharing experiences, deliberating and proffering realistic solutions to the fight against corruption.

The government has renewed its commitment to combating corruption through the NEACAP 2026-2030, a strategic initiative aimed at promoting integrity, accountability, and good governance.

It is designed to be impactful and transformative, leaving a legacy of integrity generations yet unborn.

Addressing the forum in Sunyani, Mr Edem Senanu, the Chairman of the Committee of the NEACAP called for designated court for the prosecution of cases of corruption in the country.

Mr Senanu said concerted and decision approaches were required in the nationwide fight against corruption and urged Ghanaians to cherish and uphold integrity and honesty.
