Miss Mariam Abubakari, the Owner and Operator of the “Mimi’s Akyeke’ Special, a popularly Akyeke joint, a traditional cuisine at the Sunyani Zongo One-way says the demand for the traditional dish is always high in the dry seasons.
She said sales was always poor in the wet season, saying that the dish had high nutritional value and urged Ghanaians to develop the taste as the nation marks the Heritage or Ghana Month.
Ms Abubakari spoke to Sompa FM in an interview in Sunyani.
