Nana Addae Mununkum Korang, the Administrator of the Sunyani Stool lands Secretariat has urged prospective land buyers within the Sunyani Traditional Area to engage the secretariat to stem the multiple sale of lands.
He emphasised that Ogyeamansan Boahen Korkor II, the Paramount Chief of the Sunyani Traditional Area set up the secretariat in the interest of the people, and urged the public to take advantage of it and help tackle emerging land litigations to sustain the prevailing peace in the area.
Nana Korang also the Werempemhene of the Sunyani Traditional Council gave the advice when he spoke to Kwasi Kyei Baffour the host of the Friday edition of the Sunyani-based Sompa FM “Adea Akyi Abia” morning show.
Nana Korang said the secretariat had resolve several lands disputes with the traditional area and advised the people to use appropriate procedures in addressing land disputes for the purpose of peace.
