One of Ghana’s leading construction firms, Millennial Assets and Properties, has once again secured a significant contract, this time in the Sunyani East Municipality, further reinforcing its growing reputation in the country’s construction industry.

The company, widely known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and reliability, has been awarded a project to construct a modern six-unit classroom block with a 12-seater toilet facility at Krosua No. 1.

This important educational infrastructure project is expected to greatly enhance teaching and learning conditions in the community by providing a more conducive and well-equipped environment for both pupils and teachers. It is also anticipated to help reduce overcrowding in existing classrooms while promoting better sanitation and hygiene among students.

The construction company expressed its appreciation to GETFund for the support and key government officials, including the Bono Regional Minister, Joseph Addae Akwaboa, the Member of Parliament for Sunyani East, Seid Mubarak, and the Municipal Chief Executive, Vincent Antwi Agyei.

According to details outlined in the contract agreement, the project is officially scheduled to be completed within a 12-month period.

However, in a bold demonstration of confidence in its technical expertise and operational capacity, Millennial Assets and Properties has assured stakeholders and community members that it intends to complete the entire project within just three months.

The company emphasized that this accelerated timeline will not compromise the quality of work, as it remains committed to delivering durable and standard-compliant infrastructure.

Beyond infrastructure development, the company has also pledged to prioritize the use of local labour throughout the duration of the project.

This move is expected to create temporary employment opportunities for residents of Krosua No. 1 and surrounding communities, thereby contributing to local economic growth and improving livelihoods.

By engaging indigenous workers, the company aims to foster community participation and ownership of the project.
