Some community members noted that the anticipated reopening of the Elmina branch would bring relief to small-scale business owners, fishermen, market women, and workers who previously depended on the bank’s services for savings, loans, and financial transactions.

They observed to remain hopeful that the reopening process proceeds smoothly and help restore livelihoods affected by the closure.

Dr. Nduom has earlier indicated that the first branch expected to resume operations would be located in Elmina, a decision many locals say demonstrates his enduring loyalty and commitment to the community.
