The Greater Accra Regional Police Command has reaffirmed its commitment to professionalism, dedication, and public safety as officers look ahead to the remaining months of the year.

‎Speaking during the 2026 Command’s WASSA celebration, Superintendent Juliana Obeng , director of Public Affairs for the Greater Accra Regional Police Command, expressed optimism about the future, emphasizing the need for personnel to maintain high standards of professionalism and commitment in the discharge of their duties

‎The Command noted that ensuring a safer Greater Accra Region remains a top priority, stressing that peace and security in the national capital have a significant impact on the rest of the country.

‎She also commended officers and personnel for their dedication and hard work over the past six months, describing their service as instrumental in maintaining law and order across the 

‎According to director Juliana Obeng , the gathering serves as an opportunity for officers to unwind after a demanding year of service while strengthening camaraderie among personnel. 

‎The event also provides a platform for reviewing challenges encountered during the previous year, identifying areas for improvement, and discussing strategies to enhance safety and operational effectiveness in the coming year.

‎She encouraged officers to continue working together as a united team, remain committed to their mandate, and uphold their pledge to protect lives and property.
