Teacher advocates collective approach to tackle sexual promiscuity in SHSs

‎‎A teacher has called for collective efforts to stem the growing sexual promiscuity and exploitation in Senior High Schools, nationwide.
Reacting to a recent leaked sexual video involving a teacher and a female student of Bole SHS, the teacher spoke on condition of anonymity bemoaned the rate at which some female students sexually harass teachers with their indecent dressings.
Nonetheless, the teacher told Nyarko Abronoma on the Sunyani-based Sompa FM’s “Ghana Nkomo’ socio-political show that litical Adeakyi Abia” under no circumstances should a teacher engage in romantic or sexual affair with a student.
Doing so, violates the regulations of the Ghana Education Service (GES), urging teachers to endeavour to control their sexual desires.
‎He advised families to be closer to their girls and monitor what they do on social media, urging teachers to remain professional.
