MP together with MCE cuts sod for construction of educational projects in Sunyani Municipality

Mr Seid Mubarak, the Member of Parliament for Sunyani East together with Mr Vincent Antwi Agyei, the Sunyani Municipal Chief Executive has cut the sod for construction works to commence on key educational projects in parts of the Sunyani Municipality.


The projects comprise execution of a two-storey administration block at the Sunyani Technical Institute, a six-unit classroom block with a 12-seater toilet facility at Krosua Number One, as well as a six-unit classroom block with a 12-seater toilet facility at Atronie-Nwowasu.


Mr Mubarak also donated 50 bags of cement and a trip of sand to support the on-going construction of a basic school at Kuffour Camp.
Speaking at separate ceremonies at the beneficiary communities, Mr Mubarak said he and the government remained dedicated to improve physical education infrastructure to advance academic progress.


On his part, Mr Agyei assured the government’s commitment to facilitate equitable distribution of development projects in the local communities, saying that the President John Dramani Mahama’s led administration remained fair in sharing the national cake devoid of partisan considerations.
