Mr Vincent Antwi Agyei, the Sunyani Municipal Chief Executive says the Assembly is working tirelessly to improve security, as the government improve deplorable condition of road networks in the municipality under the “Big Push” road infrastructure project.
He told Kwasi Kyei Baffour on the Friday edition of the Sunyani-based Sompa FM “Adea Akye Abia” morning show that construction work on the 24-hour market in the Municipality would commence soon.
Mr Agyei said the assembly had also provided support to some People with Disabilities (PwDs) to empower them economically.
Mr Agyei promised to ensure that the sanitation and waste management situation in the municipality improved and to keep the city clean at all times to avert the outbreak of communicable diseases.
