Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bibiani GoldStars, Akwasi Adu, beleives his side is capable of overturning the results against JS Kabylie.
The Ghana Premier League champions suffered a 2-0 defeat against the Algerian side in the first leg of the CAF Champions League preliminary round of games at the Accra Sports Stadium last Saturday.
Ahead of the return leg this weekend at the Hocine Aït Ahmed Stadium, Adu said they have put in place plans to overturn the scoreline.
“We are equally mapping out our plans and strategies to get them [Gold Stars players] on their toes when we get to Kabylie," he told Citi Sports.
“We are not perturbed by the results that happened the last time. It’s still football. A club has come to score 2-0 at our home, we can equally turn around the results,” Adu added.
The game is scheduled for Sunday, September 28, in Tizi Ouzou with kick-off scheduled at 19:00 GMT.
The first badge of the Bibiani GoldStars contingent left the shores of Ghana on Thursday, which includes a 10-member technical team.
