Hearts of Oak will host the remainder of their 2025/26 Ghana Premier League home matches at the University of Ghana Stadium, following a decision to move away from the Accra Sports Stadium.

The club has not provided an official reason for the relocation, but the move follows mounting pressure from fans calling for a change of home ground.

This season, Hearts have struggled at the Accra Sports Stadium, registering just six points from five home matches, making them the second-lowest performers on their own turf.

Their sole victory came in a 1-0 win over bottom-placed Techiman Eleven Wonders, while a defeat to rivals Asante Kotoko and a series of draws have marked the rest of their home campaign.

The Phobians are set to debut at their temporary venue on Saturday, November 29, against Vision FC.
