Four persons have reportedly lost their lives in a ghastly accident on the Offinso main stretch road.

According to local reports, the accident involved an Articulator vehicle with registration number AS 1756 - X and a Yutong Bus with registration number WR 621 - 17.

Eye witness explains to sompa news that the Yutong bus was traveling at top speed and may have lost control of the steering leading to a collision with the already parked Articulator.

The accident which happened in the early hours of Friday, 20th January 2023, claimed the lives of 4 male passengers while others sustained degrees of injuries.

With the help of the Kodie police command, those who sustained injuries were admitted to St Patrick's Hospital and Komfo Anokye Hospital respectively.

Eye witness, Abdul Yakubu tells Sompa news reporter, Bawa that the driver's mate and 3 others could not survive.

The remains of the 4 have been deposited at the morgue pending investigation.
