Rev. Stanley Adams Hayford, Associate Pastor for Infinity Miracle Church International's Mankessim Branch in the Mfantseman Municipality in the Central Region has advised individuals to do away with the conceived mentality to find good people only in the house of God, as the ideology turns to be false.
He noted that good people are usually found at home and not in the church.
Rev. Stanley Adams Hayford told Sompa News reporter Eric Annan and said experience in his over ten (10) years of pastoral work has revealed that people mostly pretend whenever they are in church.
According to him, the real character of an individual being good or bad is mostly manifested at the person's place of residence where behavioral acts are showcased under the supervision of no reverenced individual.
Preaching on the sermon 'The Effect of Relationships' on Sunday, Rev. Stanley noted that one will easily be misled should a person base on one's portrayed character in church as yardstick to be judged good.
The slow-speaking preacher said, people are used to pretending in church for reason being that they're before a good God, hence made to act good.
The pastor advised ready for marriage persons to visit their to-be spouses at their respective homes to confirm whether the person indeed isn't pretending.
