The NPP Director of Communication, Richard Ahiagbah has condemned Former President John Dramani Mahama against his conscious loose talks, adding that this clearly proves that the NDC Presidential hopeful has no sound and healthy message for Ghanaians.
Reacting to John Mahama’s assertion of recruiting the NDC youth into the various security agencies, Mr. Ahiagbah spoke on Sompa FM’s Ade Akye Abia, stressing that John Mahama wants people to believe that he cares about Ghana and he has solutions to Ghana’s perennial problems of weak revenue mobilization, high debt investment in infrastructure, rigidities in job creation and general difficulties in generating and protecting livelihoods.
“He didn’t speak well. How can you vote for a person like this? Whatever John Mahama is doing now is about John Mahama and his personal gain. We do not believe it’s about the people of Ghana because none of his sayings has a plan for Ghana. His track record in governance showed that he was unable to help Ghana progress.” He told Omanhene Yaw Adu Boakye.
According to the Communications director, the former president’s statement is a recipe for division among the Ghanaian people adding that a critical look at his messages depicts that John Mahama rides on trending blunders by the sitting government to secure public attention. However, discerning Ghanaians are looking for a mature, knowledgeable, a competent and a patriotic fellow to redeem the country’s economy. And to give Mahama another chance to come into power will further spell doom for the economy.
“His loose talks should be checked before it gets worse. NDC has no new progressive policies for the country. Continue to hold on to the NPP for the party has incredible projects to better our economy.” He concluded.
