A 47-year-old Nicolas Cudjoe has been arrested by the Awutu Breku District Police Command for allegedly inflicting cutlass wounds on his 63-year-old friend, Efo Kokuvi at Kwashie-Amabo in the Awutu Senya West District  of the Central Region.

Report gathered by Sompa TV/FM's Eric Annan indicates, Alhaji, a friend to Nicolas Cudjoe gave two packets of roofing sheets to Efo to keep for him but days later went for it with Nicolas without the knowledge of the victim.

Efo Kokuvi returned from work on Tuesday May 23, 2023 evening only to find the roofing sheets missing from where he kept it, hence confronted Nicholas Cudjoe over it which led to a heated argument.

Sources revealed that, Nicolas Cudjoe later in the night, sneaked into Efo's room and inflicted him with cutlass wounds following some painful words directed to him by Efo in the course of their argument.

The victim, Efo Kokuvi was then rushed to the Winneba Trauma and Specialist Hospital where he's responding to treatment.

Meanwhile, the suspect is currently with the Awutu Breku District Police Command assisting in investigations.
