17-year-old okada rider, Abraham Ahiadu is battling for his life after suffering butchering at Black Gate, a suburb of Odupong Ofaakor near Kasoa in the Awutu Senya East Municipality in the Central Region. 

Sources recount that suspect identified as Cobra, an ex-convict and an allege 'wee' seller, saw the okada rider around his residence and suspected him to be an informant. 

Hence mounted a chase on the victim till he fell and started to butcher him which got the okada rider proceed unconscious.

Victim was then rushed to the Kasoa Polyclinic but got referred to the Winneba Trauma and Specialist Hospital.

Narrating his ordeal to Sompa News Eric Annan said, he had closed from work heading home, when he met the suspect close to his residence, only to accused him to have been strategically sent to come buy Indian Hemp to have him arrested.

He added that before he could say jack, the ex-convict went inside his room and retrieved a cutlass and attacked him, which had his legs and hands inflicted with cutlass wounds in the process.

The case has since been reported to the police but no arrest per information available has been effected.
