Madam Owusu urged young girls to build and draw strength from their capacity. She encouraged them to pursue higher education, and skills training, and to build their confidence on all levels so they could achieve their full potential.
She stressed on her source of motivation, hinting that some of her uncles who lived in Accra impacted her life. Part of the credit went to some colleagues at her workplace who were always on top of their game, creating safe space for women like her to realize their full potential and achieve their goals especially Mad Gifty Afenyi Dadzie. Mrs Owusu revealed that she drew most of her energy and passion from the former Liberian president, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and the Deputy Governor Bank Of Ghana.
To young girls, she advised they stay away from bad influence and corruptible company and put themselves in the forefront of change as way of investing in their future.
