Man believed to be in his early 30's has been found dead at the Mankessim cemetery in the Mfantseman Municipality in the Central Region with bruises all over his body.

A report by Sompa News Eric Annan has it that the deceased appears anonymous to residents of the area his lifeless body was discovered, having had his sustained body injuries suspected to may have come from the intense physical assault his adversaries subjected him to.

Residents, however, suspect that the occurrence which led to the death of the deceased was executed elsewhere, only for his lifeless body to be deposited at the cemetery to disbranch investigation should such be carried out.

Some residents in an interview asserted to believe that the deceased has been dumped at the cemetery for days now, since his body has started to decompose.

Remarks passed by Ato Kwamena, a resident of the area who doubles as a health personnel depict to be no indication that the deceased is a mad person judging from his dressing, nor was he knocked down by a moving vehicle. But suspect, he might have indulge in thievery elsewhere which got him beaten to death and was subsequently deposited at the cemetery at dawn by suspects to proceed unnoticed.

Meanwhile, the death of the deceased has turned to instill fear and panic in residents of the area as serial killing has emerge to be on the rise at Mankessim, hence beseech the police to beef up security in the area.

Report has it that no one has shown up as family member of the deceased, as the police and environmental health officers apparently call on the family of the deceased to show up in other not to be compelled to bury their relative.

No arrest per information gathered  has been effected having had the police launch investigation into the matter.
