Chief Inspector Moses Dadzie of the Kumasi Central Police Station has been enstooled the Omankrado of Gomoa Akramang in the Central Region.
The dedicated police officer who have spent over two decades in the police force following his enstoolment as chief, will now respond to the stool name, Nana Yaw Ninson Mantaka VI.
His coronation which witnessed dozens of policemen travel from Kumasi and other parts of the country to rally support behind him, equally pulled to it dignitaries from all works of life to grace the colorful occasion.
Nana Yaw Ninson Mantaka speaking at his coronation on Friday, February 2, 2024, at the durbar grounds of Gomoa Akramang relayed to render his unflinching support behind his chief in the community's pursuit for greatness.
He again advised youths of the community to be respectful and heed to the directives of the elderly in other to be prosperous in life.
However, Chief of Gomoa Akramang, Nana Kwame Appiah Ababio IV at the coronation ceremony opined that his community will never sit aloof and watch strangers clamp on the area's lands all in the name of development, as he appealed on the police IGP to intervene in the community's land encroachment by estate developers.
