Nananom in Gomoa Fetteh traditional council in the Central Region has announced that, they demolished the Liberia Refugee camp simply because, the area has been turned into hide outs for hardened criminals . 

According to Chief of Gomoa Fetteh Nana Abori Atta II who addressed the press noted that, Kasoa- Winneba Highway Dualization since its construction begun has affected hundreds of market women so they are relocating the market to the portion of the Refugees Camp demolished. 

He however noted that, he believes the higher rate of criminal activities will drastically reduce in Kasoa and it's environs since the hide outs of the criminals has been finally brought under considerable checks.
