The Brakwa Polyclinic in the Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa District in the Central Region has received Five (5) hospital beds, 20KW generator plant and four (4) stethoscope from Mad. Hannah Obeng, also known as Abaawah Hannah and her husband Brown Obeng in their bid to help improved quality healthcare in Breman Brakwa.

Speaking to Doctor Med Dadzie Mensah of the Brakwa Polyclinic who received the items for the hospital, noted that the materials provided will aid solve major problems confronting the healthcare facility, particularly the generator plant which has come at the right time to solve the facility's dumsor woes.

According to the Doctor, whenever the hospital encounters power outages, there appears no other alternative to provide the medical facility light, which turns to halt activities at the hospital till light is restored. Hence, the Plant will buttress all such confronted challenges together with the hospital beds and stethoscope donated. 

He, therefore, thanked Mad. Hannah Obeng and husband for their benevolent gesture towards the Polyclinic, as he asked of God's blessings upon their lives to propel them do more for the hospital to facilitate the development of Brakwa.

Nana Osaah Fori III, the Chief of Breman Brakwa who graced the occasion during the donation, relayed his heartfelt gratitude to Madam Hannah Obeng, Her husband and the Brakwa Youths for their immense support. 

The chief, however, encouraged staffs of the hospital to at times express mercy towards patients who often troop to the medical facility for treatment without money, as situations like that require doctors and nurses to assist such persons with the needed medical attention, but demand of their money from the family of such individual when they show up after treatment.

Family members of Mad. Hannah Obeng who on behalf of the donors presented the delivered items to the hospital in adding their bit, urged residents of Brakwa never to feel reluctant towards developmental projects of Brakwa. Echoing the fact that together they can build the Brakwa they all want.
