Chief of Nkanfoa, a suburb of Cape Coast in the Central Region, Nana Anafo IX has described this year's general election to be the most peaceful polls Ghana has ever had.
According to the chief, the 2024 general election will be peaceful to the extent that majority of Ghanaians will be surprise over the calm atmosphere this year's election will enjoy.
He called on political parties in the country and its members to embrace harmonious coexistence among one another in the period Ghana finds itself.
Nana Anafo IX in an engagement with Sompa News Eric Annan, elaborated Members of Parliament and the President to be elected, will all have their political careers climb the next ladder through the power of the thumb and not violence.
Thus, echoed the need for members of respective political parties in Ghana to give room for peace before, during and after the general election.
