Residents of Tsetsekasum in the Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese Constituency in the Central Region have showered praises on their chief, Nana Yeboah ll and his family for their dedicated commitment towards the enhancement of education in the community.
Nana Yeboah ll following his recent installment as chief of Tsetsekasum, has began the construction of an ultramodern teacher's quarters at the area.
The under construction teacher's facility is intended to give teachers posted into the community the needed residential comfort they require, since they're often compelled to seek to be reposted elsewhere for not getting a decent place to log and teach at the area.
PTA Chairman of the community, Mr. Evans Pinstil speaking to Sompa TV's Eric Annan, eulogized construction of the teacher's facility to be of immense benefit to the community's education, as it will sought to ease off some financial burden from parents of the area, since they are often made to contribute some money as building fee.
Mr. Kwesi Edu Kwer, senior brother to the chief and one funding the project which is at the roofing phase, notified the family to be overly committed on the building which saw only a month to reach its current stage.
He encouraged posted teachers to Tsetsekasum to embrace the call wholeheartedly, as they will seize to enjoy the best of comfort and assured that the teacher's quarters will be completed and handed over in the next two months.
Some parents and residents of the community also appreciated construction of the facility and remarked that its completion, in as much as it will necessitate teachers to stay and not seek to be reposted from the community, will also have them keep a close eye on the nurturing of their children.
The chief upon his enstoolment, has assured his community of the best in terms of developmental projects, and all that will better the living condition of its residents.
Talk of portable drinking water, a hospital facility, and to establish decent job opportunities to cater for the area's high rate of unemployment among the young and old.
