Ghanaian businessman and leader of the New Force Movement, Nana Kwame Bediako also known as Cheddar has said that it's ideal the customs and tradition of Ghana is uphold at every given time.
According to him, as Ghanaians, there is the need to support fellow countrymen at every festival or gathering if the need be.
He relayed this upon his momentoes gracing to the 2024 Edina Bakatue festival's grand durbar on Saturday.
Nana Kwame Bediako on his presidential ambition with the New Force Movement, observed to be non- partisan and belongs to no political party in the country but Ghana.
He asserted that himself and the New Force is taking time on its implementation and wouldn't relinquish on any media pressure, as it will strategically take the Movement some time to be seen and accepted by the Ghanaian citizenry.
Grand durbar of the 2024 Edina Bakatue Festival witnessed high profile personalities like Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, 2024 running mate for the NDC, Hon. Samuel Atta-Mills, MP for Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abrem Constituency, and Hon. Samuel Ebo Appiah Esq, MCE for KEEA.
Also in attendance was Hon. Dennis Percival Quaicoe, Chairman for the National Premix Fuel Committee and the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for KEEA, Nana Kwame Bediako, and Bishop Ajagurajah, founder and leader of the Ajagurajah Movement.
Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang at the gathering, encouraged leadership of various political parties in the country to eschew vulgar words in their political engagements but embrace peace and unity for the youth to also follow suit, since the year is slated for election in the Ghanaian calendar.
Municipal Chief Executive for KEEA, Hon. Samuel Ebo Appiah re-echoed the words of Prof. Jane Opoku-Agyemang to call for unity among constituents in the area prior to the 2024 general election.
He stressed that partisan politics is might for development and not for distraction. Thus, beseeched respective party supporters to call quit, all forms of insult against political leadership, chiefs and authority.
