The Member of Parliament for Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abrem (KEEA) Constituency in the Central Region, Hon. Samuel Atta-Mills has in support of the late Komenda Chief, Nana Kodwo Kru ll, presented a gigantic cow and assorted items to aid in the final funeral rite of the late chief.
Nana Kodwo Kru ll, whose demise occured some few years ago, with his successor enstooled a year ago, has his final funeral rite slated for Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Komenda.
Items presented to the Komenda Palace by the KEEA MP in addition to the cow includes 50 packs of bottled water, 4 packs of Heineken, 10 packs of Malta Guinness, 12 bottles of Schnapp, and a box of Black Label.
Okatakyi Komeh VIII, the reigning Omanhene of the Komenda Traditional Area who received these items, rendered his outmost gratitude to the Member of Parliament for his benevolent gesture done him, in his preparation towards his late chief.
He, however, took to the occasion to advise followers of the MP to be discreet with their campaign delivery, whenever they're given the platform to address the masses in canvass for vote in the 2024 general election.
