General Overseer and Chancellor of Generational Grace Chapel at Nkanfoa, a suburb of Cape Coast in the Central Region, Prophet Dr. Solomon Acquaah Yartey has beseeched man of God in the country to repress themselves from politics, particularly during the election season Ghana finds itself.

He urged the clergy to stay unwaveringly committed and focus to the divine call upon their lives which politics shares no place.

Prophet Dr. Solomon Acquaah Yartey made this assertion at the 8th ordination ceremony of Generational Grace Chapel, where six (6) men of God were ordained and ushered into full time ministry.

According to him, should a man of God openly disclose his political affiliation, he turns to bring division in the church since members of the congregation shares in the opinion of different political parties, as to who they think can help the country. 

He admonished that actively engaging in political activities as a man of God, creates the avenue to be maligned and disrespected, particularly by netizens.

Consequently, Prophet Acquaah Yartey appealed on colleague men of God to eschew politics to aid the clergy regain its pride and respect as ministers of the gospel, having had the name of pastors disregarded in the country for far too long due to the action and inactions of other men of God.

Apostle David Appiah-Narh, the Head Pastor of Liberty Evangelical Bible Ministries (Saltpond Branch) at the ordination ceremony observed the work of God to be a great commission and an occupation meant not for lazy people as widely purported.

Hence, charged the newly ordained men of God to go to the world and be true disciples of Christ through their deeds and not as others carry themselves to be.

Some ordainees upon been ushered into full time ministry, relayed their gratitude to authorities of the bible school and implored others who have the desire and call of God upon their lives to enroll at Generational Grace Chapel, having been immensely impacted biblically unlike before as ministers of the gospel.
