The Chief of Abirikasu, a locality within the Jaman South Municipality of the Bono Region, Nana Baye Acheampong, has earnestly implored the Jaman South MP, Hon. Col. Kwadwo Damoah, to extend his assistance by completing their neglected hospital, repairing the roads, and revitalizing the market to foster development in the community and ameliorate their living conditions.
This appeal was made during the Member of Parliament's visit to the community as part of his "Thank You Tour," aimed at expressing gratitude to his constituents for entrusting him with the position of MP. Nana Baye Acheampong urged the MP to heed their requests, emphasizing the need for the reconstruction of the dilapidated school building to enhance the educational experience and learning environment.
Hon. Colonel Kwadwo Damoah, Member of Parliament for the Jaman South constituency, vowed to assist the residents of Abirikasu with the modest resources at his disposals .
He implored Nananom and all constituents to remain steadfast and united in their prayers, to grant him the requisite opportunities to serve his community. He emphasized that the elections have concluded and thus, any partisan sentiments should be set aside to foster a unified front, enabling him to secure the necessary backing from the government to advance the development of the Jaman South constituency.
Some inhabitants of Abirikasu expressed their concerns , urging the Member of Parliament to assist in the establishment of a marketplace to facilitate their commercial activities, noting that Abirikasu is primarily an agricultural community and thus necessitates a venue for the sale of their produce.
