The opposition National Democratic Congress Executives attention has been drawn, to mitigate the current perception of neglect against the Akans’ in the region who dream of vying for top post.

This comes on the background that Some Akans’ in the Ashanti NDC include Appiah Stadium and Bobie Ansah is raising concerns over the development.

In a reaction to the development, Alhaji Sani, a leading member of the NDC in the region has lambasted Appiah Stadium on sompa midday news when the pair was called for deliberations on the matter.

According to the former Ashanti Regional chairman of the party, he cannot fathom why Appiah Stadium has to create unnecessary tension where there isn’t any.

He therefore debunked the assertion of the Akans’ being neglect while sending a caution to Appiah Stadium to desist from such utterances which has the tendency of creating an enmity among the party members.

“Appiah has no history in NDC, he has the agenda of causing mayhem within the hierarchy of the party in the region, that stupid boy is only interested in his stomach, but we will not succumb to that, he said.

Appiah Stadium on the hand has said, he will resist any attempt by any party cronies to drag his name on the mud.

Meanwhile, a former presidential staffer, P V Jantuah has equally vent his anger on the development on his Facebook post.
