The former President John Dramani Mahama, the Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Election 2024 has donated 200 bags of cement and 20 packets of roofing sheets to the Derma Community Day Senior High School in the Ahafo Region.

The gesture, according to Mr Charles Akwasi Asiedu, the Tano South Parliamentary Candidate of NDC who made the presentation on behalf of the former President, was to support the on-going construction of the school's boys hostel project

Speaking at a short presentation at Derma. Mr. Asiedu explained that the items followed an appeal the chief and people made to the former President during his recent campaign tour to the area.

Mr. Asiedu stressed the former President's readiness to do more to improve the socio-economic livelihoods of the people, and called on the electorates there to vote for him and Mr Mahama when they go to polls on December 7.
