The Bono Regional Youth Wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has expressed their deepest gratitude to the people of the Bono Region for their overwhelming support given to H.E. John Dramani Mahama and the NDC in this year's election.

This victory, according to the party is truly remarkable, saying it has moved them from six parliamentary seats to 11 seats in the region. 

In a statement signed by Mustapha Omar Copson, the Bono Regional Youth Organizer said, "Even more inspiring is that Bono has overwhelmingly endorsed H.E. John Dramani Mahama as president, a clear testament to our shared vision for progress and development."

"I am incredibly proud of the youth and party members who worked tirelessly to ensure this victory. Your energy, commitment, and passion have made this achievement possible. This is a victory for all of us, a reflection of our collective strength and determination", the statement added.

Mustapha Copson called for unity and calm and urged all party members and supporters to resist any acts of violence or vandalism. 

"Let us respect state properties and demonstrate that the NDC is a party of peace, discipline, and responsibility. This victory is a call to serve, and our focus must remain on building a better Ghana for all."

"I also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the regional and constituency executives, branch leaders, and volunteers for their dedication and sacrifices. Together, we have shown the true power of teamwork and unity."

He charged members to channel this victory into productive action, ensuring that the trust reposed in them by the people is rewarded with tangible development and progress.
