The NDC government has been entrusted with the responsibility to accord the necessary attention to all initiatives being introduced to stimulate development within the nation.
President John Dramani Mahama has inaugurated a series of initiatives aimed at fostering national development and generating employment opportunities for the youth. Among these programmes launched so far are Feed Ghana, the Adwumawura Programme, and the National Apprenticeship Programme, among others, all of which are concentrated on creating job prospects for young people.
Reacting to this, Mr. Samuel Boateng, a Political Analyst, has urged the NDC government, under President Mahama's leadership, to exhibit genuine commitment to fulfilling the promises associated with these initiatives. He noted that while the introduction of programmes has not posed an issue, their execution and implementation has encountered significant obstacles.
Therefore, the NDC administration must ensure that the policies being introduced are meticulously managed to achieve their intended objectives, thereby reducing the unemployment rate and facilitating the nation's development.
Mr. Samuel Boateng emphasized that the Ghanaian populace harbors elevated expectations for President Mahama, given his re-election after an initial term and multiple electoral endeavors. Consequently, he must not falter in providing exemplary governance.
He urged Ghanaians to exercise patience and await the comprehensive execution and advantages of the newly initiated programs, underscoring the urgency of employment opportunities for the nation's youth. When the youth are gainfully employed, the President will possess the tranquility necessary to effectively govern the nation.
