Nana Ansu Ababio Il, the Chief of Yawhima in the Sunyani Municipality has said until fight against corruption begins from the home, it will be difficult for the nation to bring the canker under control.
He said fighting corruption remained collective responsibility of all including teachers, families and children.
Nana Ababio said this when speaking in an interview with the media on the sidelines of a sensitization forum organised by the Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition (GACC) held at Yawhima.
He stressed the need to inculcate in the younger generation high moral values and uprightness so that they grow to become responsible adults.
Nan Yaa Yeboaah I, the Queen of Yawhima, also called on families to eschew forms of corruption that happened in their homes and shape the lives of their children.
