Renowned businessman and football enthusiast, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, has been fined GH₵10,000 by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for misconduct during a match between Elmina Sharks and Swedru All Blacks at the Ndoum Sports Stadium.
However, Dr. Nduom seems unfazed by the decision, taking to social media to announce that he will not be commenting on the matter further. Instead, he vowed to focus his efforts on retrieving the licenses for his companies and restoring the 3,000 jobs that were lost.
In a Facebook post, Dr. Nduom stated, "Those of you in the media and elsewhere looking to interview me, sorry. Not now. All my work, efforts now go to getting back my companies' licenses and bringing back 3,000 of the jobs that were lost."
