Guinness World Records (GWR) has dismissed an application by Nigerian content creator Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, popularly known as Mandy Kiss, after she proposed an attempt to “take in 100 men in a single day.”
The entertainer’s announcement, which she publicised on social media, sparked outrage and widespread debate, with many critics questioning her choice of such an explicit proposal rather than pursuing a more creative or positive record.
In response to the backlash, Guinness World Records issued a clarification on its official page, stating: “This is not a record we monitor.”
Mandy’s proposal quickly went viral, drawing shock, criticism and disbelief from online users. Many described the suggestion as inappropriate and damaging, especially for someone with influence among young followers.
With the rejection, GWR has made it clear that such activities fall outside its scope of recognised records. The organisation typically tracks achievements in areas such as sports, endurance, science, arts, and other feats of creativity and skill.
