Professor Christopher Ameyaw Ekumfi, an aspiring New Patriotic Party Chairman has promised to setup a welfare fund to support the party national executive after they leave office.
He said this in an interview with Omanhene Yaw Adu Boakye on Monday July 11th on Sompa Tv morning show.
According to him, the party’s serial callers and foot soldiers will be catered for under his leadership through the welfare fund, which will be used as a life support funding for the party’s outgone executives.
He said it’s time to finance those who’s sweat has seen the party to this stage.
