Prices of Alcohol Beverages are expected to witness one of the biggest jumps in few weeks.
This is based on the 33% increment in the price of ethanol the major raw material components in the production of all alcohol beverage Between October 2021 and July 2022.
According to CEO of K Monsi Industries Francis Yaw Afari who made these shocking revelations, Ghanaians should expect price increments on all alcoholic beverages within the coming week.
He mentioned that the prices are going to continue going up over time as a result on the ongoing supply chain crisis.
Like so many other consumer goods, the prices of alcoholic beverages are expected to rise as supply chain issues continue to ripple throughout the economy increasing costs for everything from shipping to bottling.
Meanwhile, any increment in the price of alcoholic beverages could reduce the it's intake by consumers.
