Comrade Micky Charles, on behalf of Sammy Gyamfi, Esq., Chief Executive Officer of GoldBod, made a brief stopover in the Bono Region over the weekend to visit and check on the welfare of some National Democratic Congress (NDC) cadres and their families.
The visit formed part of ongoing efforts by Mr. Gyamfi and his team to recognize and appreciate the dedication and sacrifices of individuals who have served Ghana and the NDC in various capacities over the years.
During the visit, Comrade Micky Charles interacted with several distinguished members and their families, including Auntie Tina, wife of the late Kwadwo Maama Adams, who was a former Bono Ahafo Deputy Regional Minister and Member of Parliament for Techiman South; Alhaji Dauda, a founding member and long-time activist of the NDC; Abonkrah Manu, former Bono Ahafo Regional Treasurer; Comrade Anane Agyei; Hon. Kusi Aborah, who served as PNDC District Secretary for Tano South, Sunyani Municipal, and Kintampo; Ebo Barkers, former Sunyani East Constituency Chairman; and Hajia Zongo, the first Women’s Organizer for the Sunyani East Constituency.
Comrade Charles was accompanied by the Sunyani East Deputy Organizer, Issifu Maha, and Bono Regional Research Officer, ChaChas.
The visit, filled with warmth and camaraderie, underscored the NDC’s commitment to acknowledging the contributions of its long-serving members and ensuring their well-being.
“God bless H.E. John Dramani Mahama. God bless the NDC. God bless Sammy Gyamfi,” Comrade Charles expressed after the visit.
