The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, James Gyakye Quayson, on Wednesday received a delegation from Visa Facilitation Service (VFS) Global as part of efforts to enhance institutional collaboration and improve service delivery for Ghanaian citizens.
The delegation, led by the Regional Head for Central and West Africa, Mr. Prashant Kansara, paid a courtesy call on the Deputy Minister to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation between the Ministry and the visa facilitation service provider.
During the meeting, which took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, discussions focused on deepening collaboration to ensure efficient and transparent visa processing services for Ghanaians.
In a social media post on Ministry of Foreign Affairs page, Hon. Quayson reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to working closely with all stakeholders to deliver quality public services.

“We are committed to ensuring that Ghanaians receive the highest standards of service,” the Deputy Minister noted, stressing the Ministry’s openness to partnerships that promote efficiency and accountability.
Mr. Kansara, on his part, briefed the Deputy Minister on the establishment and operations of VFS in Ghana.
He expressed the company’s readiness to consider stakeholder feedback and implement improvements aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

The meeting concluded with both sides underscoring the importance of transparency, professionalism, and quality service delivery in serving the public.
Also present at the meeting were Directors of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Director of Legal and Education at VFS, Gbese Mantse Nii Armah Addy, and the Deputy General Manager for Operations in Ghana, Madam Cleopatra Avenorgbo.
