Mr Joseph Addae Akwaboa, the Bono Regional Minister has urged health professionals to accept postings to serve in rural communities.
He said condemned the politicization associated with the postings and transfers of health workers, when he addressed a durbar at Wamfie in the Dormaa East District as part of his visit to the area.
The Regional Minister gave the advice when reacting to concerns about the transfer of a gynecologist
in the area saying that transferred in the health and other sectors had no political considerations or political witch hunting.

Mr Akwaboa assured that the government would ensure that all abandoned GETFUND projects at the Mansen Senior High School (SHS) as well as Wamanafo SJS and the Islamic SHS in the area were completed and handed over for use.
Nana Kumtwie Amponsah, the Chief of Nsesresu in the area commended the government for its development initiatives.
