Jordan Ayew met the President in London, after Crystal Palace's game against Arsenal. A game the Eagles won 3-0 with the Ghanaian forward on target.
The 31-year-old had a conversation with the country's Commander-in-Chief before presenting him with his jersey.
They spoke about the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Qatar, where Ghana have been drawn alongside Portugal, South Korea and Uruguay.
