The public relations officer for the Mobile Money Agent’s Association of Ghana, Mr Charlse Kwasi Addo in an interview with Omanhene Adu Boakye on Sompa Tv morning show on Tuesday, June, 28th lamented that ever since the implementation of the e-levy, their businesses are collapsing, workers are forced to go home.

According to him the policy needs proper explanation and orientation for such a project and it's about time the government considers their grievances and addresses the challenges that they are going through.

He agrees with the fact that e-levy implementation is practically declining the high patronized of the electronic transaction and has therefore called on the government and the ministry of finance to as a matter of urgency, find a way to help mobilize an effective orientation among vendors and the general public.
